It was in 2023 that my wife and I decided to downsize after 20+ years of living in rural Pennsylvania on a small Horse Farm and relocate to enjoy the rural atmosphere of South Carolina and the miles of Shoreline and cities like Charleston and surrounding areas with all they have to offer.

Spending 20+ years’ operating 2 businesses gave us the ability to meet many people, to not only travel across the beautiful United States but to also see a large part of the World as well.

Now with relocation to South Carolina, I have decided to pursue Real Estate, bringing my wealth of knowledge and experience that I acquired while being in business and use that to assist my clients through the process of buying and/or selling a home or property.
